Rosemary Thyme Garlic Lamb Loin Chops 2 servings - 20 minutes Ingredients: 4 lamb loin chops 1 garlic clove 1 teaspoon chopped fresh rosemary ½ teaspoon chopped fresh thyme leaves How to prepare: Chop the garlic clove and put the garlic, rosemary and thyme in a bowl Season the lamb loin chops with some black pepper and sea salt Put some olive oil a hot pan and cook the seasoned lamb loin chops for 1 minute on each side Get the chops out of the pan and spread the garlic, rosemary and thyme mixture on both sides of the chops Cook the chops for another 4 minutes on each side Get the chops out of the pan and put them in some foil to let them rest for 5 minutes before serving them
