Rosemary Thyme Garlic Lamb Loin Chops

Ingredients:

  • 4 lamb loin chops
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 teaspoon chopped fresh rosemary
  • ½ teaspoon chopped fresh thyme leaves

How to prepare:

  1. Chop the garlic clove and put the garlic, rosemary and thyme in a bowl
  2. Season the lamb loin chops with some black pepper and sea salt
  3. Put some olive oil a hot pan and cook the seasoned lamb loin chops for 1 minute on each side
  4. Get the chops out of the pan and spread the garlic, rosemary and thyme mixture on both sides of the chops
  5. Cook the chops for another 4 minutes on each side
  6. Get the chops out of the pan and put them in some foil to let them rest for 5 minutes before serving them
